Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Location: West Janisch Health Care Center – Houston, TX
Shift Available: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm | Full-Time

West Janisch Health Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs and LVNs to join our exceptional care team on the day shift. If you’re passionate about resident-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence, we’d love to have you on board.

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate updates promptly

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state regulations

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care every shift

• Current and valid Texas RN or LVN license in good standing required

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills

• Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about improving residents’ lives

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and extended standing
