What You'll Do:

• Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate documentation
• Administer treatments and medications promptly
• Communicate effectively during shift changes
• Investigate and resolve resident/family concerns
• Comply with all state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
• Participate in facility surveys and uphold care standards
• Take on nursing administrative duties during weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• RN License in Tennessee or equivalent state
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
