Registered Nurse (Grand Rapids, MI)

Do you have a passion for patient care and a desire to make a difference in their lives? Elder Care of West Michigan is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our growing team providing home based primary care in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area and provide exceptional care to our patients.

 

In this role, you will:

• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and administer medications.
• Educate and support patients and their families, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain compliance with HIPPA and Health Care regulations.

We are looking for an RN who:

• Holds a valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience working with Athena Health, preferred.
• 1-3 years of medical office, preferred but not required.
• Primary care experience, preferred. 
• Demonstrates strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
