Registered Nurse Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide great customer service by assessing patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and report changes to appropriate staff members. 
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Team collaboration with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records (EPIC).
• Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing.
• Participate in growth and development opportunities to maintain high quality care.

Requirements:

• Current MN State RN license
• Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• BLS required
• ACLS, PALS within 6 months of hire required
• CALS or TNCC and ENPC withing 2 years of hire required
• Charge Nurse / Emergency Dept experience preferred

Wage:

• $38.74 - $59.20 based on experience
• Add'l compensations for specific certifications, shift differential, charge
