Regional Sales Manager (Greater Houston)
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, roll-up-your-sleeves Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across the Greater Houston area, one of the fastest-growing, highest-potential markets in the country. This is a prime opportunity for a proven sales professional to step into a critical role selling environmental monitoring, calibration, CQV (commissioning, qualification, validation), temperature mapping, and related validation services to regulated industries including life sciences, biotech, and manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sale relationship management
- Sell a comprehensive suite of services (EM, calibration, CQV, temperature mapping, etc.) to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and related industries
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business while expanding and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Partner closely with operations, technical experts, and leadership to ensure seamless project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction
- Develop account strategies, territory plans, and revenue forecasts
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the brand in the field
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in validation, calibration, lab services, or environmental monitoring
- Experience balancing both hunter and farmer sales approaches
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or consultative sales environment
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset; someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Knowledge of GMP/regulatory environments a major plus
