Regional HVAC Technician

HVAC Maintenance & Repair: Perform ongoing maintenance and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers, across all CPHG facilities. Troubleshoot and optimize HVAC systems to ensure efficient, reliable operation.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all HVAC equipment meets OSHA, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to infection control and sanitation procedures.

Procurement & Documentation: Manage the procurement and inventory of HVAC supplies and parts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget compliance. Keep detailed records and submit required reports to maintain regulatory compliance.

Emergency Response & Development: Be on call for HVAC emergencies, providing swift solutions to minimize impact. Stay current with industry standards through ongoing education and training.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED, EPA Certification, and 5+ years of HVAC service experience, with advanced knowledge in diagnostics.

Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform detailed repairs with visual and physical dexterity.

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
