Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, Skilled Nursing Facilities, sales, or marketing, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
-Experience in creating and executing successful sales and marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, lead generation, and customer relationship management
-Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop and implement effective solutions
-Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
-Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry trends
Responsibilities:
-As the Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and expand our healthcare services in the region
-You will work closely with physicians, hospitals, payers, and other healthcare providers, and will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, customer relationship management, and market research
-You will also manage a team of business development professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
