SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and implementing hiring, training, and onboarding of Solaris employees
A. Hiring Specialist will create and implement hiring workflow in coordination with Department Manager and Human Resources
B. Will document and maintain employee records such as drug screen, OIG, Background, and MVR to ensure regulatory compliance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Detailed oriented
- Flexible schedule availability.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of prior job-related experience preferred.
