Position Summary

The main functions of this position are to greet people arriving at the residence, answer the telephone, perform various tasks, assist in the daily operation of the residence along with all other duties as assigned.

 

Essential Functions

Administrative

·         Greet warmly and courteously, all visitors, residents, employees and any other people arriving at the community

·         Answer the telephone, warmly and courteously, on or before the third ring, announcing the name of the community and promptly directing all calls to the appropriate recipient

·         Messages should be taken thoroughly and distributed promptly

·         Perform tasks assigned by the Executive Director or Business Office Manager

·         Assist in the daily operation of the residence, when required, by all Department Directors

·         Keep all areas clean and free of clutter

·         Have the knowledge necessary to establish tour times and appointments for all lead calls

·         Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or G.E.D.

·         Valid Driver’s License and eligibility for coverage under the Company’s insurance carrier

·         General Computer Proficiency

 

Physical Working Requirements

·         Able to work flexible schedule, including some early mornings to set up for meetings

·         Team Member is subject to outside environment conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change
