We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. Duties for this position will include but are not limited to:
Work at a steady and organized speed
Taking messages
Answering the phone
Scheduling/canceling/rescheduling patients
Booking out appointments
Taking/entering and applying coinsurance payments
Using iPad for payments
Copay sheets
Counting cash drawer
Creating NP paperwork
Talking to NP
Preparing files for, Acu, Chiro, PT
Explaining all NP paperwork, confirming appointments
Knowledgeable of our services
Scanning Chiro Soaps, Scan Chiro Superbills, Scanning all Acupuncture Soaps, Scanning Acupuncture Superbills
Smile
Follow handbook
Anything else asked from a Supervisor or Executive of the company
Print Vitamin stickers
Print massage gift cards
Patient recall
PIP paperwork
Explaining EOB/Insurance Checks
Entering insurance verifications
Explaining the verification process
Filling out Travel Cards
Insurance verifications through: Navinet, Phone
Reviewing insurance verifications

Position Specific Responsibilities:
Be ready and prepared to administer therapies on patients as soon as they transition from the adjustment room to the therapy area
Communicate the “why†of the therapy being administered
Get pre and post Range of Motion / Pain scale when administering therapies
Arrange therapy equipment to maximize patient flow/care
Accurately record patients who receive therapies on their travel card
**Job duties will be split between both positions. Training for the positions will be provided by the company.**

Tue and Thu 1:30-6:00 PM
