Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Clerk
· Answering office phone and transferring calls to appropriate party
· Enter, maintain, email/mail invoices
· Contact existing customers for collection of outstanding receivables
· Resolve any disputes with customer payments/invoices
· Responsible for checking emails, voicemails and perform follow ups to internal and external customers in a timely manner
· Process customer credit card payments and post checks
· Provide support to General Manger and Operations Manager
· Maintain and order office supplies
Job Requirements:
· Must pass background check
· Be able to work in the US
· Proficient in QuickBooks (highly preferred but not required), Excel, Word, Outlook
