Who We are Looking For
Reception – Full Time
Are you a friendly, organized, and reliable professional looking to join a hardworking and supportive team? Our Calgary-based branch is looking for a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and assist with service coordination when needed
- Maintain front office appearance and handle basic administrative duties
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general support for office staff
- Assist in the opening/closing of the premises at the start and end of day.
What You Offer
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in an industrial or service-based setting is an asset
