Receptionist
Lake City Nursing and Rehab is currently looking for a full-time day shift Receptionist. This position will require some weekends and holidays as needed. We are looking for a friendly, self -motivated, dependable person to become part of the Lake City Team.
Position Summary: Greet patients and visitor, answers, screens and routes telephone call, distributes mail and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications: A working knowledge of computer software, calculator, copy machine and facsimile.
Must be proficient in excel.
Essential Functions: Maintains a friendly, respectful, helpful attitude toward residents, families, staff, volunteers and visitors.

Full-time position 8P-8A, Thursday-Saturday
DUTIES
Job Knowledge and Role Responsibilities:
1.Demonstrates knowledge of age specific developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric.
2.Attends all mandatory in-services by employee's anniversary date.
3.Acts appropriately under the direction of the Administrator and acts as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
4.Demonstrates ability to adjust to changes in unit / shift assignments to meet facility needs.
5.Demonstrates knowledge of and complies with the Code of Conduct and Compliance Program when performing work functions.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1.Demonstrates responsibility for all telephone, intercom, and paging system operations.
2.Performs typing and computer work for all departments, requiring general knowledge of all departmental operations.
3.Processes all mail for residents and delivers it to their rooms. Sorts facility mail and puts in appropriate mail boxes.
4.Maintains Rolodex, resident list, and resident mail instructions.
5.Assists visitors when appropriate and ensures the visitors sign-in to visit residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent required and related field experience to position preferred.
2. Basic accounting procedures and computerized office system operation.
3. Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to perform the tasks required.
4. As required able to work overtime evenings and/or weekends to meet departmental deadlines.
5. Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
