Hours: 2pm-7pm (CAN BE FLEXIBLE)
What You’ll Do
As a Receptionist/Clerk, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our residents, families, and visitors, making them feel right at home. You’ll be a key player in enhancing the resident experience and keeping our daily operations running smoothly! Here's what a typical day might include:
- Welcome and orient new residents to the facility and services.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns to improve their overall experience.
- Act as a liaison between residents and departments, ensuring smooth communication.
- Collect feedback and report to the Quality Assurance team for continuous improvement.
- Assist with discharge planning, scheduling consults, and managing administrative tasks.
- Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with clerical tasks for staff.
- Maintain the resident directory, update office equipment, and handle emergency alerts.
- Support business office functions, including petty cash, AR/collections, and more.

What We’re Looking For

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills to engage with residents, staff, and external partners
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation to ensure you're always on time
