Work Schedule (fixed):
- 1 position: Part-time Mondays and Fridays, 4 am - 7 pm + Saturdays and Sundays, 8 am - 4 pm
The successful candidate must possess the following skills at a minimum:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and, most importantly, our residents
- Skilled at multi-tasking several priorities
- Incomparable organization skills
- Ability must maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Charged with managing visitor sign-in-and-out logs
- Unwavering professionalism and must remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional attendance and self-awareness
- Must undergo background screening prior to starting
- At least one (1) year of front-desk, customer-facing relevant experience and skills: includes proficiency with office equipment including fax machine, copier, and digital scanner
- Preferred: computer skills on PC, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Email
