Reading Program Director

The YMCA of Collier County is looking for someone with a background in education and classroom experience to mange an after-school reading mentoring program at a Title 1 elementary school in Collier County.  The YReads!  Program helps at-risk low-income students in grades K-4  improve their reading for school success., develop relationships, and build self-esteem. The YReads! Coordinator recruits and trains volunteers, provides daily supervision, and assures all program requirements are met.  Specific training for this position in provided. The program and its staff must embody he YMCA mission to promote Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility.
