Charge nurse

LONG TERM CARE

We are currently seeking a team leader who has strong leadership skills, a rehabilitation focus, and is challenged by high acuity residents, to be the charge nurse. Requirements is to possess an unencumbered Missouri LPN or RN license, previous long term care experience, a commitment to total Quality Management, strong assessment, and documentation skills, and enjoy working with the elderly. Experience working with behavior challenged residents strongly preferred.

_Duties Include (but are not limited to)

_· Provide Daily Care to the residents

· Assist with dinning needs

· Respond to call lights

· Chart / Document resident cares

· Engage / Converse / Have Fun with residents
