We are currently seeking a team leader who has strong leadership skills, a rehabilitation focus, and is challenged by high acuity residents, to be the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC). Requirements is to possess an unencumbered Missouri LPN or RN license, previous long term care experience, a commitment to total Quality Management, strong assessment, and documentation skills, and enjoy working with the elderly. Experience working with behavior challenged residents strongly preferred.

Duties Include (but are not limited to)

Provide Daily Care to the residents

 Assist with dinning needs

Respond to call lights

Chart / Document resident cares

Engage / Converse / Have Fun with residents
