Ratskeller Bartender

Hours Part Time:   Average of 30-36 hours per week, 4 days per week, may vary in slow and busy season accordingly.  

Work Shift: Any combination of shifts: 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Job Description:

Takes bar orders; Prepares drinks for guests; Serves guests sitting at the bar and at tables; collects payment for items served; maintains a safe and clean work area. Prepares for servicing the guest by: Stocking supplies needed for the evening such as napkins, ashtrays, garnish, etc. Rotates stock to ensure quality and freshness.

Basic Qulaifications:

·         Must be 18 year of age or older

·         HIght school diploma or equivalent

·         A pleasing personality and appearance

·         Ability to stand and walk continually

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Ability to withstand high noise heat & humidity level

·         Minimum of three months of training in making drinks
