Ratskeller Attendant/Cook
HOURS:
A. PART TIME – Up to 25 hours average work week, may vary in busy and slow seasons, more or less hours accordingly.
B. WORKING SHIFTS will be any combination of hours between 9:30 AM and 10:00 PM (3 - 4 days a week).
C. This person is expected to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the preparation of breakfast, individual menu orders.
Responsible for the sanitation of food areas and the freshness of all food products.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 6 months experience in related kitchen positions and cooking techniques.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to withstand the kitchen heat.
