Quality Management Coordinator
Lois Law Firm isn't just winning the game; we're rewriting the landscape. And we're doing it again with our industry-leading quality management program that audits our own work. LOIS is committed to ensuring the highest quality legal work by operating an auditing function that reviews all of our 4,000+ active litigation cases—a formidable task only the industry leader could undertake.
From our offices in New York and New Jersey, we defend the Fortune 100 with our cradle-to-grave case mastery, virtual hearing acumen, and proven tactics. Since 2015, the Managing Partner, Greg Lois, and our team have redefined insurance defense, turning aggressive tactics and relentless innovation into a legacy of victory. We're innovating yet again and looking for the right leader who shares our commitment to excellence.
We set the standard in our industry. This role is in-house at our Paramus, New Jersey office, Mondays through Fridays. Here, you'll help us measure ourselves against ourselves. As the coordinator of our quality management system, you will be responsible for developing a strong department for measuring internal quality of service and for unleashing metrics and dashboards that expose our operational excellence to clients. We've got some great talent in our auditing department; you're here to lead it forward by organizing and structuring consistent data-tracking methods to deliver actionable insights to adjust, improve, and empower our attorneys and our case-handling system.
- A leader who understands and applies the ISO-9001 specification to service industry employers.
- A driving force who leads with ideas that ignite the commitment and excitement of the auditing staff.
- A builder with a knack for dashboards that visualize victory with shortened cycle times, minimized exposure, and claims closed faster than the competition can blink.
- Experience in legal defense, workers' compensation, or high-pressure professional services? That’s your edge if you have it, but it’s not really necessary. Your resume should show a raw hunger that helps to disrupt and dominate our vertical. Legal experience is not required, but a natural curiosity drives excellence.
- Someone who has stared down bureaucracy and won, ready to collaborate with our trailblazing attorneys to align quality with our goals.
The Plan:
- Spearhead a quality-realizing system based on the ISO-9001 framework, making it the fuel for our high-advocacy action-oriented defenses.
- Manage a department of committed auditors who audit, refine, and elevate every facet of our operations from paralegal firepower to attorney precision.
- Engineer metrics and dashboards that broadcast our brilliance, tracking claim velocities, settlements, and risk reductions in compelling visuals.
- Be an unrelenting voice demanding excellence, because at LOIS, settling for less is surrender.
- You won’t just report results, you’ll collaborate closely with the company’s leadership to use those results to create better, stronger systems, that eradicate weakness.
- Command a legacy-building role in a firm that’s rewriting the rules.
- Unleash innovation without the chains of tradition—your playbook, our battlefield.
- A squad of ambitious auditor-teammates hungry to match your intensity.
- Top-tier compensation that rewards the results you deliver.
- Immersion in a fearless ecosystem, from Greg Lois’s appellate triumphs to our nationwide client arsenal.
- 80% coverage of medical, dental and vision benefit costs.
- A 3% non-elective safe harbor contribution to 401K.
- 18 days of Personal Time Off.
- Up to 56 hours of sick days (“PSST Time” that you can use for your own medical needs or those of your family) per year.
- Life insurance and long-term disability provided at no cost to our Team Members.
- Performance Coaching with our in-house Performance Coach.
- Weekly in-house and virtual Group Fitness Training sessions for all Team Members that want to participate.
- Firm charity events to benefit our local community.
