Quality Control Auditor/Trainer - Omaha, Nebraska (Internal Posting)
ELM Utility Services with over 1300 employees nationwide, has an outstanding opportunity a Quality Control Auditor/Trainer for the Omaha, Nebraska area. The primary role is to increase the quality of work performed in Nebraska and will be based out of the Omaha office.

• Integrate retraining needs into the training program.
• Conduct ride-alongs to qualify technicians
• When auditing, some time is spent in the field environment with some administrative work required, and this person will be exposed to all field hazards.
• Occasional lifting materials up to 50 pounds is required.
• Must be able to travel to various locations for extended period, up to two weeks, within the state to perform training sessions.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in the utility industry and 1 year of underground locating experience.
• Qualified applicants must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Applicants must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / Word and Excel experience is a plus
• Previous training experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
