Quality Assurance Technician

We are a leading Louisville based manufacturing facility who is looking for a qualified Quality Assurance Technician to assist our Quality Control team.

As a Qualified Quality Assurance Technician you would be able to:

~Monitor production operation to ensure critical temperature and quality control points are achieved

~Perform inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities and products throughout the production cycle

~Collect samples of products as needed

~Ensure work is documented properly and timely

~Possess experience in HACCP programs

Quality Assurance Technician Requirements are:

~Food or micro experience helpful but not necessary

~Must be able to work independently and be a team player

~Must be thorough and detail oriented

~ Must be able to take direction and support department goals

~Provide support to the QA manager o ensure food safety program requirements are met

~Ensure GMP's are being followed throughout the plant
