EHS Trainer
Force Pressure Control is seeking a skilled EHS Trainer to lead our Enviornmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training program.
The EHS Trainer will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering engaging materials with an understanding of adult learning theory, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain comprehensive EHS training programs.
- Collaborate with EHS team members to develop training to address specific support needs for field activities.
- Conduct EHS training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hire orientation, annual refresher courses, and specialized safety topics.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with leadership.
- Willingness to travel. (10%)
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with EHS regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Etc.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Able to deliver training in-person classroom, as well as remote online classroom settings.
- Safety experience 1-2 years minimum.
- Training experience = 3-5 years.
- Oil and Gas background preferable.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
- Self starter with ability to work alone and as part of a team.

The EHS Trainer position is a full-time position. Pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
