QA Tech for Electronics Manufacturing

Position: Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Gardena, CA

Shift: 1st

Compensation: $25/hr

Responsibilities

•  Support PPAP documentation and quality processes (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans)

•  Assist with First Article Inspections (FAI) and prepare AS9102-compliant data packages

•  Maintain and update quality records, reports (DMR, CAR, RMA), and floor checklists

•  Participate in internal audits, customer/supplier surveys, and continuous improvement efforts

•  Provide backup for Document Control and float to other departments as needed

Required

•  Bachelor's degree in quality management or a related field.
•  A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Strong analytical and mathematics skills.
• Extensive knowledge of automated testing software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
