The duties of a Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner, include but are not limited to, commute to multiple post acute care facilities everyday, making rounds, communicating to patients , facility staff members, providing accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, education and follow-up care to patients. Part time to full time.

Looking to fill position for a qualified Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner to work in skilled nursing facilities with a supervising physician.

Just like any profession Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner provider must be interested in being a lifelong learner and taking care of post acute and chronic cardiac, nephro, and pulmonary patients.

Required experience:

• Nurse Practitioner: Experienced provider with internal medicine, family practice, geriatric medicine, or cardiology, nephrology, pulmonary experience, LTAC.
