Psychotherapist & Child and Family Psychotherapist
Mental Health & Recovery Services of JH is looking to hire 2 full-time therapists to join our dynamic team. MHRSJH is a non-profit organization that provides essential mental health & substance use treatment services on a sliding fee, based on the ability to pay. Flexible schedule available but must be willing to work some weekends and /or evenings. Experience with community mental health, co-occurring disorders (mental health & SUD), crisis and serious mental illness is preferred. Must be licensed in WY or eligible for license. Bonus for Spanish Speaking.
This position is eligible for monthly incentives based on productivity, and extra pay for crisis coverage.
**This position is eligible for $1,500 signing bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. A master’s degree in a behavioral health field from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
2. Current Wyoming licensure in good standing in his/her discipline by the appropriate Wyoming licensing authority.
3. A solid grasp of, and commitment to, the ethical principles governing the professional practice of his/her discipline.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Provide direct intake, evaluation, and treatment services to prospective and enrolled clients of MHRS.
2. Provide crisis evaluation and intervention services.
3. Maintain and manage a clinical case load at a number and scope to be determined by the Executive Director.
4. Provide after-hours emergency on-call services as assigned (minimum of 250 hrs./year for FT).
5. Complete and maintain all paperwork in a timely manner in accord with MHRS and third-party payer requirements.
6. Provide all networking and ancillary services as appropriate and necessary to support and manage direct clinical services.
7. Attend staff meetings, team meetings, clinical meetings, supervision, and other meetings as required.
8. Participate in CARF accreditation activities including committees, trainings, and exercises.
9. Maintain Wyoming License in good standing and credentialing at St. John’s Medical Center as assigned. Completion of all CEU requirements and submission of renewal of license as required by the appropriate licensing Board.
10. Participate in organizational goals of Practice Management as adopted by the agency. This includes open scheduling, collaborative/concurrent documentation, managing case load and no show/late cancellation and client engagement practices.
11. Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
The Psychotherapist may be assigned to work primarily either in the offices of MHRS or in the community. In any circumstance, he/she will ensure that the environment for service provision is as safe as possible. In no case will he/she knowingly place himself/herself at clear risk of physical harm.
