Next STEPS Worldwide provides comprehensive psychological, therapeutic,
and nutritional services for individuals across the lifespan. Our team
includes psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and medical professionals
working together to deliver exceptional care. Headquartered in McKinney, we’re
expanding throughout Texas to meet community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and score a wide range of standardized psychological assessments (cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral, emotional)
- Adapt testing methods to meet individual patient needs while following standard protocols
- Observe and document client behavior and interactions during testing
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and test data
- Collaborate with psychologists, neurologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting (preferred)
- Ability to travel to all Next STEPS Worldwide Clinics throughout Texas (20% travel)
- Familiarity with standardized psychological or neuropsychological assessments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, ethical standards, and a strong commitment to patient care
- Collaborative team player with a compassionate approach
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Pay: Starting at $52,000/year (based on experience)
- Bonuses: Monthly performance-based bonuses
