Are you passionate about psychological assessments and making a real impact on people's lives? Next STEPS Worldwide, a rapidly growing outpatient clinic, is looking for a dedicated Psychometrist/Psychometrician to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our clinic provides comprehensive psychological, therapeutic, and nutritional services for individuals of all ages, and you will play a critical role in helping our clients succeed.

Our team includes licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and support specialists, all working together to provide the highest level of care. Headquartered in McKinney, TX, we currently have 27 locations across Texas, with 17 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and are rapidly expanding to meet the needs of our growing community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and score a wide variety of psychological tests (cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral, emotional).
• Adapt test administration to each patient’s unique needs, while ensuring adherence to standardized procedures.
• Provide written summaries of patient behavior during testing, including interactions with parents or peers.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and timely documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Neurologists, and other medical professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• 2+ years of experience in a mental health setting (preferred)
• Experience with or training in standardized neuropsychological testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
• High ethical standards and a passion for patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $52,000/year, with competitive pay based on experience
