Provisioning Coordinator

What You Will Do


The Provisioning Coordinator works collaboratively with Operations and Support to implement customer requests relating to voice and data services, including building the required technology platform within specifications and deploying the solution. Additionally, the Provisioning Coordinator will provide technical support for internal customers as well as perform tests, prepare documentation and prioritize tickets/requests according to urgency and importance. 

  • Manage provisioning tasks, including Move, Add, Change, and Delete (MACD), as well as internal support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with customers to determine and deploy voice service requirements, conduct PBX demonstrations, and provision phone and hardware while providing necessary training.
  • Provision data hardware for customer deployments according to predefined templates or instructions.
  • Develops, tests, implements, maintains and documents automation tools for provisioning. 
  • Coordinate with Service Delivery to implement the hardware for new services in accordance with the project plan, reporting and resolving issues to prevent delays.
  • Offer pre and post-implementation support, troubleshooting, updates, and training for technical solutions.
  • Research, document and deploy new company systems, maintain technical and business documents and track problems and metrics
  • Manage operating systems and employee hardware during onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Stay updated on current and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and source superior hardware when needed.

Qualifications 


Post-secondary degree in computer science, physical science, engineering or related field plus a minimum of two years of recent, related experience.  An equivalent combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.

This is an in-office position in Kamloops, BC.  Ability to travel to the office on a daily basis is required.
