Property Inspector

As the property inspector for JMAX Property Management you are the "boots on the ground" eyes and ears of our management staff.  Responsibilities include performing move in/move out inspections, creating marketing photos, doing vacant property checks and creating work orders for any issues found.  This is a job that is out in the field at least 50% of the time and requires an independent worker who can take ownership of a task and make sure it is complete without constant supervision.  Position hours have some flexibility.

Ideal Candidate:
-Previous experience in property management
-Previous experience in property maintenance

Requirements include:
-Basic understanding of mechanical features of a house and an eye for detail
-Extreme proficiency with computers, cell phones and a comfort with changing technology
-Reliable transportation and a good driving record

Position starts at $38k annually plus gas card.
