Property Accountant

Carlisle Residential Properties, a long term established real estate investment/property management firm is seeking a Property Accountant.  This position is responsible to manage all facets of property accounting including but not limited to cash/banking, general ledger, journal entries, financial statement prep and analysis for a portfolio of properties. We are seeking a team player who enjoys working with and interacting with your teammates both at the home office and with the communities. Reports to the Controller. Great benefits package.

2 or 4 year Accounting or Finance degree and 4+ years of Property accounting experience.  Proficient in Excel. Yardi experience is a plus.

In Person, M-F 8-5.
