We’re looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our game day Promotions Crew! As part of our team, you’ll help create a fun and memorable experience for fans at every game. From pre-game activities to in-game entertainment, you’ll play a key role in bringing the ballpark to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend the game day production meeting two hours before first pitch.
• Set up decorations, props, and in-game activities before gates open.
• Greet fans at the gates with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with giveaways and other fan engagement activities.
• Participate in pre/post and in-game entertainment, including:
  • Dancing, singing, and performing skits
  • Mascot and character handling
  • T-shirt tosses and other interactive activities
  • Leading crowd cheers during promotions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a fun and safe fan experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support game day operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Comfortable performing in front of large crowds.
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to engage fans of all ages.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Ability to work the majority or Pelicans’ home games between the months of April and September

Physical Requirements:

• Must have good vision, hearing, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, or rain).
• Frequent use of hands and physical activity involved.
