We are a building supply and project centre providing project contractors and do-it yourself builders with tools, materials, design, and construction services to support projects of any scale.

We provide contractors, avid builders DIYers, and community leaders with the tools, construction service, and design expertise to support residential and commercial projects – from start to finish.

The Project Supports duties include but are not limited to:

Maintaining and updating project documentation, including invoice tracking, project tracking sheets, contract amendments., etc. 

Attending project kick-off meetings and managing meeting minutes. 

Handling administrative duties such as subcontractor agreements, invoice processing, and creating operation and maintenance binders. 

Coordinating travel, accommodation, and material logistics for northern projects. 

Ensuring payments, holdbacks, and budgets align with contract agreements. 

Scanning and uploading documents to Procore.

General administrative support duties.

Other assigned duties as required. 

Job Requirements:

Experience in an Administrative support role (preferably in a construction environment)

Demonstrated track record of continuous learning (with knowledge of the building industry considered to be a strong asset)

Excellent customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to manage and multi-task several projects at the same time.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.

Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office and related applications)

Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening)

Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
