Assistant Superintendent

Take direction from and provide assistance to the Project Superintendent in the supervision of the field construction process of assigned projects per the Project Superintendent job duties.

Manager of the construction jobsite. Responsible for the proper, smooth and timely construction of projects. Ensure project success through leadership, expertise and excellence in:

• Operation: setup and management of the job-site with an emphasis on safety, cleanliness and organization. Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism.
• Communication: daily project reporting; professional in all written and verbal communication
• Precision: ensure the project is built per plans and with quality
• Control: manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion; and manage cost by proactively heading off issues that could lead to profit fade
