We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Proposal Engineer with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire proposal process, from understanding client requirements to delivering comprehensive proposals that meet their needs. This role requires a strong focus on project scope, technical understanding, and excellent customer interaction skills.

Project Proposal Engineer Responsibilities:

·       Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including understanding client needs, evaluating project scope, and determining resource requirements.

·       Conduct on-site walkdowns to thoroughly understand the application and gather relevant information for proposal development.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and inputs for proposal development.

·       Develop detailed project proposals outlining technical solutions, timelines, and cost estimates.

·       Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure proposals align with technical capabilities and standards.

·       Act as the main point of contact for clients during the proposal phase, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

·       Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track proposal progress and ensure timely submission.

·       Continuously improve proposal processes and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·       Provide regular updates to management on proposal status, highlighting risks and opportunities.

 Requirements for the Project Proposal Engineer

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

·       Strong practical understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

·       Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·       Expertise in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·       Must be willing to travel locally and have a clean driving record.
