Position: Project Manager – Marketing

Reports to: CEO

Date: November 2022

 

Position Description:

The JDC Project Manager – Marketing will be responsible for coordinating, managing, as well as executing projects related to marketing across all business lines. This position has multiple moving parts and will work with both internal and external stakeholders to create/advance/execute print and digital pieces to achieve brand and product strategy/awareness, generate leads, and help drive revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Work alongside internal leadership and external resources to successfully execute JDC brand strategy

·         Establish, manage, execute project timelines for traditional marketing pieces: catalogs, brochures, fliers, and more

·         Establish, manage, execute project timelines for digital assets: website upgrade/maintenance, ecommunications, social media, and more

·         Establish, execute marketing project timelines/deadlines for new product launches

·         Evaluate and report results of marketing initiatives and campaigns

·         Ensure JDC brand standards are upheld through all marketing materials across multiple media

·         Ensure deliverables to internal stakeholders are on time and within budget

·         Build and maintain relationships with external vendors

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Fine Arts

·         2-3 years of experience agency experience

·         Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and various web platforms: WordPress

·         Attention to detail with the ability to hit deadlines

·         Business social media experience

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Skilled, multi-tasker with problem-solving ability

·         Ability to work independently as well as consultatively with subject matter experts

The individual in this position will interact with employees and managers in other departments and locations at Jack Doheny Companies, Inc., dba Jack Doheny Company. Receiving and reacting to directions other than from your immediate supervisor will be required periodically. Conversely, there will also be time when the person in this position must give directions to other.
