Project Manager

Nason Mechanical Systems, a Fidelity Company is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This individual will work closely with clients through all phases of a project from defining client needs, designing integrated mechanical and plumbing systems, cost budgeting, and managing all aspects of construction, phasing, material sourcing, equipment submittals, and schedule management.

The Project Manager will work closely with our Construction Superintendent and Lead Field Personnel as technical support and collaborative team member. Our project management team employs peer review to ensure close collaboration and proper client system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledge and consultation to new and existing clients relative to the needs and concerns specific to their mechanical systems.
• Calculate energy use for comfort and/or process and recommend HVAC efficiency, upgrade options, and compute payback periods
• Analyze mechanical components for life cycle cost and benefits
• Develop recommendations for mechanical equipment and systems
• Provide cost estimates and analysis for alternative solution
• Serve as technical support for field service technicians
• Identify potential opportunities with existing and new clients

Key Skill Requirements:

• B.S. Engineering (or similar) from accredited university
• HVAC/Mechanical and plumbing system code knowledge, ASHREA & NFPA standards
• Professional and positive communication skills
• Work well in a fast paced collaborative environment with effective time management
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• Beneficial Software Application Knowledge: BuildOps, REVU Bluebeam PDF, AUTODESK, AutoCAD, Proficient in Microsoft office
