Job Location: Orange/ Out on the field

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Foreman to oversee and supervise construction and/or industrial projects. The Foreman will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety standards are met and delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pipeline Construction, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead workers on-site, ensuring work is completed according to specifications and on schedule.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all crew members.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members based on project needs and their skill sets.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager, client and/or Supervisors.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and ensure they are available when needed.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, timesheets, and reports.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or training in construction management preferred).
• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in Pipeline construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
• Physical ability to work on-site and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
