At James Lane Mechanical, we provide a full range of state-of-the-art HVAC/Mechanical services throughout the Wichita Falls and North Texas region. Our commercial clients include those in data & telecom facilities, education, financial, government, healthcare, hospitality, and churches.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager that can jump in and hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate has a background in mechanical engineering and is driven to succeed!

Responsibilities
- Maintains, and reviews all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices for multiple large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with client, engineers, architects, etc. to determine specifications of projects.
- Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
- Knowledge of construction/project management software.
- Computer literacy including strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research, and other software applications. (Procore, etc.)
- Must be able to perform in a fast paced professional work environment
