Project Manager

H.E. Neumann is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Wheeling, WV!  

This position will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and directing all aspects of assigned projects, from inception to conclusion, to maximize profitability and exceed client expectations. 

Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully initiate, execute, track and close projects.  They will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.  They will have the ability to prioritize, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of customer service, responsiveness, and professional business acumen.   

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively using your knowledge of mechanical plans/spec and design/build industry
• Performing project analysis to determine scope, cost, and scheduling requirements
• Obtain drawings from General Contractors and distribute to necessary personnel
• Obtain permits from both General Contractors and local jurisdictions
• Maintaining and reviewing all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
• Being responsible for Cost of Goods and material purchasing
• Prepare and review monthly ECACs (Estimated Cost at Completion) reports

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction industry
• Capable of making independent decisions, while still maintaining a team-focused mentality
  
• Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written skills
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to prioritize workload
