We are looking for our next full-time Project Customer Support Specialist
Are you a customer-focused professional with a talent for project coordination and administrative excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Project Customer Support Specialist and become the vital link between our clients and our Project Acquisition efforts!
About the Role
As our Project Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of customer satisfaction in our project-driven environment. Your role will bridge the gap between our Project Acquisition Managers, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will be crucial in managing project orders, coordinating and maintaining project momentum.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide dedicated support to the Project Acquisition Managers for project-related activities
· Process and manage customer project orders with precision and efficiency
· Coordinate with vendors to secure project-specific quotes and materials
· Maintain accurate project and customer data in Salesforce/P21 systems
· Expedite project orders and manage invoices to ensure timely project delivery
· Review Open Project Order reports weekly and follow up with vendors as needed
· Assist in setting up new project accounts and onboarding new customers
· Collaborate with the acquisition team to meet project milestones and customer expectations
The Ideal Candidate
· 1-3 years of experience in customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools
· Ability to quickly adapt to new project management and customer service technologies
· Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction and project success
Preferred Qualifications
· Continued education in customer service, business administration, or related fields
· Experience with Salesforce, P21 systems, and project management software
· Familiarity with project acquisition processes and customer support in a project environment
Work Environment and Hours
· Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
· Standard office setting with occasional customer site visits
· Rare overnight travel may be required for project-related customer support
