The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated entry-level IT Support/Junior Programmer to join our growing technology team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys a mix of user support, hands-on technical work, and programming.

What You’ll Do:

-              Maintain and assist with internal business systems written in COBOL, Swift, and Java.

-              Setup and deploy user work stations both in-office and remote.

-              Respond to telephone, email, and personnel requests for technical support.

-              Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.

-              Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.

-              Correct business application issues, solve network and security problems, and identify common PC software and hardware problems.

-              Support software/hardware on equipment such as scanners, copiers, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.

-              Assist the team with other duties and projects as assigned.

What You Bring:

-              Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Swift, and COBOL. (Helpful, not required)

-              General IT Knowledge with proficiency in Windows, Office, Azure, and MacOS

-              Solid problem-solving skills and a desire to learn

-              Strong communication skills with a focus on user support

-              Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
