Program Supervisor - Disability Services Sector - Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Delivery Supervisor role is responsible for supervisory functions and contributes to the broader operational and/or organizational leadership. Key responsibilities include training, support, feedback and coaching for oversight on the health and well-being of individuals in service. Supervisors are regularly called upon to undertake special projects, assignments and/or tasks, including representing the organization on internal and external committees
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct, review and oversee person centered plans.
- Reconcile, monitor, and document finances.
- Ensure protocols and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
- Protect and promote the health and safety of both employees and individuals.
- Direct and monitor worksite hygiene and maintenance.
- Lead, direct, and monitor inclusion, meaningful engagement, and advocacy.
- Identify the need for behavioral support, direct and monitor procedures in creation and after implementation.
- Provide team support and facilitate employee engagement, development, and teamwork, in a supervisory and leadership capacity
QUALIFICATIONS
Certifications and Experience:
- A diploma or undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, from a recognized institution is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Team Leader role and 1-2 years of experience as a Service Coordinator in regards to assisting in the daily activities with individuals with diverse abilities is preferred.
- Adult first aid with CPR is required.
- Clear police clearance with the vulnerable sector check is required.
- Class 5 drivers’ license, clean drivers abstract, and a personal vehicle with 2-million-dollar liability insurance is preferred. Those who do not have this must be able to reliably transport themselves to any of our locations throughout Edmonton as required.
- Familiarity and experience with Microsoft programs (including Teams, SharePoint and Outlook), ShareVision and/or Catalyst is considered an asset.
-Experience in Mental Health/Addictions and Recovery

HOURS OF WORK:
Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4:00PM
