Program Manager – Enterprise Client Solutions
Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple enterprise programs and large-scale implementations

Manage and mentor 2–3 Project Managers and a Scheduler

Own program execution, risk identification, and escalation management

Partner with customer IT organizations during system integrations and transitions

Lead high-level customer conversations while remaining actively involved in execution

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Service leadership
-
7+ years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management
-
Proven experience managing PM teams and multiple projects simultaneously

Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills
-
Solid technical and IT project understanding (network, integrations, enterprise systems)
-
Ability to hit the ground running in a low-structure, high-accountability environment

High visibility, enterprise-level work

Direct impact on large, complex customer implementations
