Program Manager
The Program Manager will have overall responsibility for providing supervision to staff; partners; meeting the program and fiscal requirements as set forth in the contract; maintaining community relationships with public and private organizations; and providing reports and documentation as necessary for the operation of the project.

1. Serves and protects Christ-Centered Ministries / Restoration Reentry Residence practices by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, fedral, state and local requirements;
2. Maintains accurate documentation of service objectives and outcomes as well as other services in accordance with Federal, State, County and Christ-Centered Ministries / Restoration Reentry Residence guidelines;
3. Secures client infromation and maintains client confidence by completing and safeguarding data; keeping client information confidential and in compliance with HIPAA standards;
4. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work enviroment by establishing and following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations;
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Direct the administrative planning, policies and procedures and ensure program/agency compliance among assigned sites;
- Liaisons between CEO, Project Director and Staff;
- Recruit, select, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; provide performance evaluations;
- Develop relationships with other public and private agencies;
- Provide crisis response and management as necessary;
- Conduct staff meetings, evaluate the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement;
- Ensure staff have support and access to required linkages for recovery services, and activities aimed at increasing the client’s knowledge of community resources and the ability to use those resources;
- Prepare and submit reports as required to document outcomes and quality effectiveness of services;
- Ensure all participants goals are met and files in order;
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
· Extensive experience in the substance abuse/recovery field;
· Extensive experience working in homeless services or working with vulnerable populations;
· Extensive experience in staff supervision, program development, implementation, compliance;
· Demonstrated experience with program start-up preferred;
· Experience with the non-profit sector;
· Ability to work effectively and accurately on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
· Must be proficient in the following computer applications: Microsoft Word and Excel;
· Must have a valid CA driver license, reliable transportation, a good driving record and proof of insurance coverage;
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desirable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
There is some walking, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to participate in moderate lifting of 30 or more pounds (suitcases, packages, etc.). This position must be able to support client weight in case of emergency situation or client disability requiring assistance in walking, etc. There is a risk of exposure to bodily fluids infections, contagious / blood borne diseases, and chemicals (cleaning agents), an exposed risk to varying, unpredictable situations (i.e. client behavior).
