Program Manager
Andrew Morgan Consulting, LLC (AMC) seeks a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead and manage technical projects catering to Federal and Commercial clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of initiatives aimed at the continued development, enhancement, and support of a management tool crucial for the Defense Health Agency (DHA). You will be leading a team tasked with sustaining and improving a current financial management solution while spearheading the development of new configurations to meet emerging requirements and evolving needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with government stakeholders and partners to grasp the intricacies of business objectives, drive Agile sprints to successful conclusions, and foster continuous improvement within the team. Experience in leading Agile software development or data analytics implementations is highly preferred. Experience working in federal consulting is desired.
This position is full-time and 100% remote.
THE ROLE.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Facilitate enterprise-scale deployments utilizing DoD SDLC or tailored agile methodologies.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs, prioritizing tasks and resources efficiently.
- Exhibit leadership by advancing to higher levels of responsibility, handling larger staff, longer projects, and increased complexity.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client senior management and executives, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project setbacks.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure successful data migration and management of cloud-based applications, overseeing the process from planning to execution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.
- Bachelor's degree in a related IT field and a minimum of four (4) years of project management experience OR at least seven (7) years of project management experience, specifically managing projects involving Cloud-based applications, data migration, and enterprise-scale data management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PPBE processes, guiding budgeting and resource allocation effectively.
- Experience in supporting enterprise-scale deployments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs while reporting to and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Certifications required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile certification (Certified Scrum Master [CSM] or Scaled Agile Framework [SAFe])
- ACTIVE SECRET Clearance, required

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a part of the team.
- Ability to problem-solve in a time-constrained environment and to take initiative and work independently, as appropriate.
- Ability to prioritize tasks through strong organizational skills.
