Cameo Consulting Group, LLC, a government contracting and staffing practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking an HR Program Support Analyst of varying skillsets to support a prospective Federal client. The position is full-time, long-term in nature, and available immediately/upon contract award.

Duties

  • Services shall include but are not limited to:
  • Monitor and analyze veteran recruitment, hiring, conversion metrics, veteran disability hiring;
  • Develop websites, training materials and briefings to DEA stakeholders on veteran program opportunities;
  • Develop veteran program materials for distribution to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Develop veteran focused job opportunity announcements to establish non competitive listing of individuals available for non-competitive hiring.
  • Review resumes for veteran employment eligibility;
  • Develop automated veteran resume bank to store and organize the listing of veterans eligible for noncompetitive hiring;
  • Conduct and monitor veteran outreach and education of DEA employment opportunities, participation (or support) (in partnership with the DEA Corporate Recruitment (HRCR) team) at veteran focused recruitment events;
  • Establish innovative mechanisms to recruit and hire veterans at the DEA;
  • Brief DEA leadership on veteran opportunities and programs;
  • Assist in developing Statements of Work and other acquisition documents;
  • Create and develop various data related analysis and dashboards for long- and short-term reporting;
  • Create any necessary charts or graphs for briefings to leadership or pulling reports as needed;
  • Meet with customers and assess their data/analytic needs and provide them with assistance in developing their requirements for future projects;
  • Assist on projects related to process improvement efforts, including mapping out process flows, determining data and analysis required;
  • Manage a project in collaboration with other federal employees

Knowledge and Skills

  • Associates degree in a field of expertise related.
  • 2 years’ experience analyzing, designing, auditing or implementing HR policies.
  • Experience with established program analysis principles, theories, and practices, including knowledge of various analytical techniques (audits, databases, spreadsheet/graphics analysis)

Other Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Experience with MS Office, including SharePoint.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive Attitude. Desire to Learn, Customer Service Focus. Professionalism.
