Production Manager - Light Duty

Budget Truck and Auto is an auto body shop in Janesville, WI. We specialize in light duty (passenger vehicles) and heavy duty (semi’s, motor coaches, RV’s) performing collision repair, custom painting, and vinyl graphics. Budget is looking for an experienced Automotive Production Manager to add to our team, focusing on the light duty collision side of the business. Candidates should have the following:

Responsibilities

·         Plan, organize and control production to efficiently move vehicles through the process

·         Maintain and evolve standard operating procedures for production operations

·         Ensure quality standards are met throughout the repair process, including adhering to OEM repair procedures and company expectations

·         Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement

·         Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments

·         High level of communication on all aspects of production issues (missing parts, time frames, hours of operation, vacation times, etc.)

·         Delegate duties as needed

Salary: $60k - $80k per year

Experience

·         Body Shop Production Manager experience preferred, but not required

·         Prior management experience required

·         Proficiency with CCC One preferred, but not required

·         I-CAR certification a bonus
