THE MISSION:
The Production Clerk plays a key role in supporting the achievement of Setterstix’s business objectives by:
• Ensure accurate documentation and efficient workflow within our production processes.
• As a Production Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, maintaining inventory records, and assisting in the coordination of production schedules.
A SNAPSHOT OF EXCITING THINGS YOU WILL DO:
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, work orders, and output reports.
- Assist with the scheduling and tracking of production activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform data entry tasks and update production databases with precision.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Comply with all Company Safety requirements including:
• Adhere to Company “Food Safety & Quality” System: Good Manufacturing Practices & HACCP with special emphasis on attire, sanitation, security, documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a production or clerical role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with inventory management systems.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in business administration or related field.
- Familiarity with production processes and quality control standards.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to use inventory management software and production scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain principles.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.53/hr Training Rate full rate is 22.53/hour plus $1/hr 2nd shift, $2/hr 3rd shift
Schedule: 8 Hour
Shift: TBD - 0640 to 1500 (06:40 pm to 03:00 pm) Monday through Friday
